This co-worker of mine keeps coming to my desk. He comes over like 50 times/day. My stupid job involves concentrating on complicated attention-to-detail type projects and I need to focus. Every time some one walks into my cube and demands my attention rightfuckingnow it breaks my concentration. By the time I get re-focused on what I was doing he's back in my cube AGAIN! I have asked him 100000 times to email me. He ignores me, because he's a DICK.

Just a few minutes ago he asked me yet another dumb question and I said I would email the answer. He came back 2 minutes later and asked the same thing again. I opened my sent mail file and said "see here's the answer, in the EMAIL I sent to you".

He acts all indignant when I'm obviously pissed that he is at my desk AGAIN and tells me this is "his way of doing things". Well I guess we have to do things HIS way. MY way of doing things is totally irrelevant.

I know I am not going to get any help out of managers if I complain about him and it'll be my fault for not accomodating the mentally retarded. I am just having a terrible time keeping my patience. I want to let this guy have it.
